Penis Exercises-developed by a physical therapist based on scientific principles and evidence.

The Facts:

The average male penis length is 5-6inches
erect and 4-5 inches flaccid.

That means there are outliers...men above and below the average.

Many men like myself are or were unhappy with their current penis size and would be extremely happy with the addition of 1-3inches to the length of our all important manhood.

The average male length gains with exercise are between 1 and 3.5 inches.

Surgical gains with simply cutting the suspensory ligament may increase length by the same amount but with increased risks associated with surgical interventions.  Risk of permanent change in sensation/numbness in the area and possible infection. I considered surgery myself, but after looking at many of the poor results (images of muddled penises, possibilities of infection or cut nerves) I wasn't willing to take the easy and uncertain road. 

I started thinking about it from a scientific/therapeutic point of view.  If you can stretch a muscle or a tendon or a ligament in the shoulder/knee/elbow/foot/neck/back, then why not the penis?

Looking more at the anatomy I soon realized that this isn't rocket science. With the right lines and types of force for the right amount of time you will physically change the length of the tissue you are stressing.

The penis is tissue.  Tissue responds to external forces. If you apply the right forces you will see change.

Penis exercises can be dangerous too, so that's where we come in....The right force will provide steady improvements, the wrong forces may damage your penis. This program stresses safety while getting you the best results possible.

The exercise guides will not only give you the method but will walk you through the how and why related to the unique tissue types in the penis. 

There are many exercises available online and we can use some of those and make them even more effective with modifications based on a few scientific principles.

As a physical therapist I work with tissue all day long, muscles, nerves, ligaments, tendons bones and joints.  I prescribe exercises to influence those tissues to make changes in length and size on a daily basis.  I have a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body and I know what it takes to lengthen, strengthen and protect all of these tissues while getting the desired results.  Unfortunately much of the information available online is confusing, non-scientific and in many instances dangerous. 

I took much of the information found online (the good bad and ugly and trust me there was plenty of ugly) and applied my expertise to formulate a sort of super-routine that allows you to get maximum results, kind of like the P-90x of penis exercises.  This is what many have been striving to achieve but have been unable to.
