Human Function Therapy is offering a full spectrum of physical therapy services and TherapyGym services. We have the tools and knowledge to help you heal faster and get stronger than the competition.  Human Function is therapist owned and operated and was developed to not only "heal" neuromusculoskeletal problems but to educate clients and to maximize overall health and wellness through a combination of education, dietary referral programs and scientific exercise training principles. Our theory is to maximize performance and strength at any age using science rather than "Fad" training programs.

We are open to western and eastern medical practices and co-oridinate care with your existing health professionals to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.  Human Function staff members strive to excel in the ethical and just treatment of all individuals using the latest evidence based practices.

Ian Johnsen, MSPT

Ian has been a practicing physical therapist since 2003 and enjoys helping people realize their goals for pain relief, improved performance and overall health and wellness every day. He has three beautiful women in his life, his wife and two daughters.  You will find Ian working and playing hard all over the pacific northwest with his friends and family. He encourages you to stop by for a pint during any home Sounders game near section 113!
